We are recruiting Production Operators to join a successful manufacturing business based in Greenham Business Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, with full training provided.
The Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Production performance is monitored through live screens, helping operators track their progress and achieve targets.

Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essentialHealth & Safety Requirements
Hair must be tied back
No nails longer than 3mm
Black or navy tops only
No loose clothing or hoodies with drawstrings
Drinks must be in sealed containers
No mobile phones on the production floor
Smoking only in designated areasHearing protection may be required in certain areas of the site.
