Trainee Assembler

Hours: Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
· Assemble products and components accurately to required specifications.
· Follow assembly instructions and quality standards.
· Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
· Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet expectations.
· Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop practical skills.
· Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
· Support the wider team in achieving production targets.

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements
· Previous assembly or practical experience is desirable but not essential.
· A hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Reliable, organised and motivated.
· Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
