How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    As a Salesforce Systems Engineer within the Technology & Telecoms industry, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising CRM systems to support business operations. This role will involve ensuring that the CRM platform is running smoothly and effectively to meet the organisation's needs.

    Maintain and optimise the company's CRM systems to ensure seamless operation.
    Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and customise the CRM to meet business needs.
    Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform.
    Provide user training and support to enhance system utilisation.
    Implement CRM updates, integrations, and new features as required.
    Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
    Work closely with stakeholders to align the CRM with broader business objectives.Profile

    A successful Salesforce systems Engineer should have:

    Strong experience working with Salesforce systems in a technical capacity.
    Proficiency in customising and configuring Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
    Experience Administering and configuring with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
    Good understanding of database management and data analysis.
    Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
    Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
    Knowledge of system integration and updates.
