We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Liverpool office on a 6 week initial temporary assignment.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with Outlook, emails, and spreadsheets. A particular focus of the role will be reviewing and processing information accurately, including checking terms and fees.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support
Managing Outlook emails and correspondence
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Checking terms, fees, and documentation for accuracy
Data entry and record management
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Confident user of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Available to start immediately
