Within this foot mobile plumbing role in London, you will have a portfolio of stores that you are responsible for doing the maintenance on. You will be working in a large in house estates maintenance team and be given every opportunity to succeed in your role. You will be joining an friendly and supportive team. Your plumbing role will include:
Delivering general plumbing maintenance to a portfolio of stores in London.
Unblock toilets and sinks, Replace taps, toilet seats and flush systems.
Carry out boiler repairs and general plumbing installations
Work comfortably at height and use a wide range of tools and equipment.
Use a handheld device for reporting and communicate effectively with shop teams.
Work on a rota covering 7 - 3.30 Monday to Friday with a late shift rota and weekend work required on occasion.
About you
For this mobile plumbing maintenance role in London we are looking for a seasoned maintenance plumber with at least 2 years’ plumbing and maintenance experience in a similar environment.
A level 2 NVQ or City and Guilds in plumbing is essential.
Boiler maintenance and catering equipment maintenance experience is highly desirable
Experience of working in a foot mobile role previously.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels.
