Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a company that invests heavily in technical development and progression?
We're currently recruiting for engineers across the Leeds area to work on the service and maintenance of refrigeration systems at customer sites throughout the region.
The work is predominantly within industrial refrigeration, so this would suit engineers already working with industrial plant. However, if you have solid commercial refrigeration experience and a strong understanding of refrigeration fundamentals, your experience could also be a good fit.
You'll work alongside highly experienced engineers and gain exposure to large refrigeration systems across major customer sites and a variety of industrial environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out service and maintenance work on refrigeration systems
Fault-finding and diagnosing issues with refrigeration plant and components
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high engineering standard
Working directly with customers and providing clear technical information and advice
Identifying ways to improve plant reliability, safety and efficiency
Completing relevant service and maintenance records
Working as part of a wider engineering team
Developing your knowledge of refrigeration systems, components and emerging technologies
About You
Qualified/experienced Refrigeration Engineer
Field-based refrigeration experience
Strong understanding of refrigeration principles
Industrial refrigeration experience is advantageous
Commercial refrigeration engineers with the right technical background are encouraged to apply
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Comfortable working independently on customer sites
Full UK driving licence
Strong commitment to health, safety and compliance
