Polkadotfrog are delighted to be supporting a fantastic, growing business based on the outskirts of Ipswich, in their search for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant.

This is a varied administrative role, ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused and comfortable handling a range of day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming post and ensuring it is distributed appropriately.

Monitoring and allocating emails received into the central inbox.

Responding to and dealing with basic payment-related customer queries.

Making straightforward updates to customer records, including changes to email addresses and other contact details.

Managing office stock and ensuring essential supplies are available.

Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.

We are looking for someone who:

Has good administrative and/or organisational skills.

Is confident using email and standard office systems.

Has good attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.

Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Previous office administration or customer service experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided where required.
