How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This Associate Director Corporate Tax role is fully remote, with quarterly in-person meetings. You'll focus on managing corporate tax projects and offering expert guidance to help clients navigate their tax obligations.

The firm has built its reputation on delivering senior-level expertise, pragmatic advice and commercially driven solutions, with clients benefiting from direct access to highly experienced tax professionals.

    Led by a team of Corporate Tax specialists with backgrounds spanning Big Four firms and senior in-house tax leadership positions, Taxpartner advises across compliance, reporting and complex advisory matters including restructurings, transactions, international tax and due diligence projects. As part of its ongoing succession planning strategy and continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to play a key role in shaping the future success of the practice.

    Description

    Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters to clients.
    Oversee and manage corporate tax compliance processes.
    Identify tax planning opportunities and implement strategies.
    Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations.
    Ensure timely and accurate reporting of tax-related matters.
    Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.Profile

    We are interested in speaking with individuals operating at Corporate Tax Senior Manager, Associate Director or equivalent level within practice.

    You will ideally possess:

    CTA and/or ATT qualified status
    Extensive corporate tax experience gained within an accountancy practice, tax consultancy or specialist advisory environment
    Strong technical knowledge across compliance, reporting and advisory work
    Experience managing a client portfolio with significant fee responsibility
    The ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision
    Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills
    A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to client service
    The self-motivation and organisational skills required to thrive within a fully remote environment Candidates with aspirations toward Partnership are particularly encouraged to apply.

    Job Offer

    Salary of £90,000 - £120,000
    Annual bonus of 10-15%
