How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a German and Polish Speaking Sales Coordinator in the property industry, you'll handle customer queries, process orders, and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Based in Blackburn, this role is key to maintaining excellent customer service and efficient sales coordination.

    Description

    Respond to customer enquiries in German, Polish, and English, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
    Process customer orders - sales order processing, logistics and invoicing. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
    Provide support to the sales team, helping with administrative tasks and coordination.
    Liaise with 3rd party supplier to ensure that products are delivered on time.
    Resolve customer issues by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring timely solutions.
    Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all details are up to date.
    Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data as required.
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
    Contribute to improving processes within the customer service department.Profile

    A successful German and Polish Speaking Sales Coordinator should have:

    Fluency in German, Polish, and English, both written and verbal.
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
