V3 Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy chilled warehouse based in Hilsea.
We have two shift patterns available:
Shift 1 - 4 Days
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
7:00am - 7:00pm
拢12.71 per hour
Shift 2 - 5 Days
Sunday to Thursday
7:00am - 5:00pm
拢12.71 per hour
Both positions are initially temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chilled warehouse, working with fresh produce including salads and ingredients. The environment is very cold, and the role can involve heavy lifting and cleaning duties, so applicants must be comfortable with physical work.
The Role
路Picking and packing fresh produce orders
路Counting pallets and stock accurately
路Loading and unloading goods
路Ensuring orders are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch
路Moving stock safely around the warehouse
路Keeping the warehouse and working areas clean and organised
路Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
路Excellent counting and numerical accuracy skills - essential
路Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment
路Physically fit and able to carry out heavy work
路Reliable, punctual and hardworking
路Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
路Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Desirable - But Not Essential
路PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience
路Manual pump truck experience
