Key Responsibilities
As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in preparing the operation for its busiest periods.
Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team
Create and develop menus suited to the operation
Maintain consistently high food and hygiene standards
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently
Manage the demands of a busy summer trading period
Identify ways to improve the kitchen and overall food offering
What we're looking for
The ideal Chef will be someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and wants to become a valued part of the team.
Previous experience in a senior kitchen role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Someone who is loyal and committed to the long term
Comfortable working hard during peak trading periods
A creative approach to menus and food development
Someone who is always looking for ways to improve
Ideally available to start in January, ready for preparation ahead of the busy season
