How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Based in Colindale NW9 5FN Saracens High School , the club focuses on strong technical foundations, tactical awareness, and teamwork. FC Royal Lions values respectful conduct, community engagement, and continuous improvement on and off the pitch. The club strives to provide structured training, professional coaching standards, and clear pathways for player progression.

    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Football Coach role based in Colindale. The Football Coach will plan and deliver structured training sessions that develop players’ technical skills, fitness, and tactical understanding. Responsibilities include preparing session plans, leading practice drills, supervising matches, and providing constructive feedback to support individual and team performance. The coach will monitor player progress, maintain clear communication with players and guardians, and promote a safe, respectful, and motivating environment. Additional tasks may include coordinating with other coaching staff, supporting talent identification, and contributing to club events and development programs.

    Qualifications

    • Strong football-specific expertise, including Football Coaching, Coaching, and Football skills.
    • Ability to design and run effective Training sessions that develop technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the game.
    • Clear and confident Communication skills to interact with players, guardians, and club staff.
    • Recognized coaching certifications or licenses (e.g., national or regional football coaching badges) are highly beneficial.
    • Experience coaching youth or adult teams within a club or academy environment is preferred.
    • Demonstrated commitment to player welfare, safeguarding best practices, and inclusive coaching methods.
    • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
