Our client is an established Traffic Management company delivering projects for clients across London and the South East.
They are currently expanding their operational team and are now looking for an experienced TM Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring works are properly resourced and delivered safely and efficiently.
Salary to £45k | Company Car + Fuel Card | 25 Days Holiday | Annual Discretionary Bonus | Monday - Friday 07:30–16:00 (weekend rota once every 2-months)
TM Project Manager Key Essentials:
* As TM Project Manager, your role will involve managing multiple traffic management projects from initial client enquiry and site survey through planning, mobilisation, delivery and completion
* Attending client meetings, site visits and surveys to establish project requirements and ensure works are appropriately planned by the back-office team
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, providing regular communication throughout project delivery
* Coordinating with Planners and CAD teams to produce practical TM plans that meet operational and client requirements
* Planning labour, vehicles, equipment and other resources required to successfully deliver works
* Reviewing drawings, TM plans and job requirements before works go live, ensuring crews receive clear instructions
* Monitoring live works, resolving operational issues and managing project changes, cancellations and additional works
* Carrying out site audits, ensuring high standards of health, safety and operational compliance are maintained
* Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring completed works are correctly documented and ready for invoicing
* Working closely with management, operatives, planners and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
TM Project Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a management role within the Traffic Management sector
* Strong understanding of TM plans, drawings and operational requirements
* Experience managing multiple live projects and coordinating labour, vehicles, equipment and operational resources
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing project requirements
* Ideally qualified with Lantra Traffic Management and NRSWA qualifications
