The Role
As a Packing Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, securely, and dispatched on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Picking products using customer work orders.
Packing, wrapping, and shrink-wrapping goods for dispatch.
Checking orders and ensuring all paperwork is correct.
Safely loading and securing products onto pallets.
Updating and completing orders using the company's internal system.
Printing dispatch documentation and delivery labels.
Learning product specifications and packaging requirements.
Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards.
Prioritising workload to meet collection and dispatch deadlines.
What We're Looking For

Available to start immediately.
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Confident using basic computer systems.
Experienced in warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production roles (beneficial but not essential).
