Conveyancing Paralegal - Cambridge

The successful candidate will be joining a long and well established Solicitors firm with a first rate reputation within residential conveyancing, with a track record of delivering high quality, professinal service.

Working alongside experienced residential conveyancing lawyers, you will play an important role in supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

Duties in this role may include things such as:-

* Assisting with the day to day management of residential property transactions

* Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

* Undertaking property and title related searches and enquiries

* Assisting with exchange and completion processes

* Maintaining accurate and up to date case records

* Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process

* Supporting fee earners with their caseloads and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops

Any applicants will be expected to be able to show experience within residential conveyancing as a paralegal, conveyancing assistant or legal secretary.
