This is a great opportunity for an electrician with solid Solar PV experience who wants more autonomy, flexibility and responsibility, while working with the latest renewable energy technology.
The Role
* Installing and maintaining domestic Solar PV and battery systems
* Carrying out electrical installation, inspection and testing
* Working mainly across the Home Counties, with some travel further afield
* Occasional overnight stays may be required
* Working directly in customers’ homes and providing a professional, high-quality service
* Working independently and being trusted to complete jobs to a high standard
* Keeping installations compliant and completed safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
* C&G Level 2/3 Electrical qualification or equivalent – essential
* 18th Edition – essential
* Inspection & Testing experience – essential
* Previous Solar PV / renewable energy experience – essential
* Domestic Installer qualification or equivalent – desirable
* Full UK driving licence – essential
* Professional, reliable and confident working in customers’ homes
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
* Happy to travel and occasionally stay away
