How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Autonomy in the community | Adult complex care | Norfolk & Suffolk | £50,000–£55,000

    Shape high-quality community complex care services as an Adult Clinical Lead, overseeing a manageable caseload of 8–10 adult packages across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN, Community Nurse or Complex Care Nurse looking for greater autonomy, hybrid working and long-term clinical progression.

    As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight of adults with complex healthcare needs in their own homes, working closely with families, case managers and multidisciplinary teams. The role combines clinical leadership, assessments, governance, training and service development within a growing community complex care provider.

    About the Company
    This confidential opportunity is with a growing, nurse-led complex care provider delivering specialist adult care within the community. The organisation supports adults with high-acuity healthcare needs to remain safely and independently within their own homes, with a strong focus on clinical quality and person-centred care.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide clinical oversight of 8–10 adult complex care packages across Norfolk and Suffolk.
    • Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and structured reviews.
    • Support the mobilisation and ongoing management of complex community care packages.
    • Deliver clinical training and competency sign-off for Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
    • Work closely with families, case managers, commissioners, ICBs and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Lead on safeguarding, clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement as an Adult Clinical Lead.

    About You
    • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
    • Minimum three years’ UK adult complex care or community nursing experience.
    • Recent experience supporting high-acuity needs including tracheostomy and ventilation care.
    • Strong assessment, care planning, clinical governance and competency sign-off experience.
    • Previous senior nurse or Adult Clinical Lead experience within community complex care is highly desirable.
    • Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across Norfolk and Suffolk.
