We are working with a leading engineering and construction organisation that is expanding its BIM team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business working on major, high-value construction and engineering projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Create and develop MEP BIM models using Revit.
* Produce detailed 2D coordination and installation drawings.
* Support BIM coordination and clash detection across projects.
* Work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams.
* Assist with site coordination, surveys and as-built information.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction or BIM, or equivalent industry experience.
* Minimum 2 years prior experience in a BIM Detailer, BIM Modeller or BIM Coordinator or similar.
* Strong experience using Revit MEP.
* Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination.
* Good understanding of mechanical / electrical / building services.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a project team.

£38500.00 - £47100.00 per year
