Excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef looking to progress their careerYour responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Chef Patron with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading kitchen operations in the absence of the Chef Patron
Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation and service throughout every sitting
Assisting with menu and recipe development
Supporting with food costing and stock management
Training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team
Ensuring the kitchen maintains the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation
Helping to drive standards and contribute to the restaurant's ambition for Michelin recognitionWe are looking for a Sous Chef with:

Proven Sous Chef experience within a similar busy restaurant environment
Experience at 3 AA Rosette or Michelin level would be highly desirable
A genuine passion for quality food and exceptional standards
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
