We are working with a welcoming nursery in Hemel Hempstead that is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its supportive Early Years team.
You will work with children aged 2-5, helping create positive learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity and independence in the education and training environment.
Your Day-to-Day Role in Hemel Hempstead:
You'll help children learn and develop through:
Creative and engaging play-based activities.
Early language, literacy and numeracy opportunities.
Activities designed to build confidence and independence.
Positive behaviour and social development.
Support tailored to individual children's needs.
A safe, inclusive and stimulating in the education and training learning environment.You'll also work closely with experienced Early Years professionals to support children's development and help them reach important milestones.
We're Looking for a Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant Who Has:
A Level 2 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
Previous nursery, preschool or Early Years experience.
A genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to travel to Hemel Hempstead.
