Business Centre Manager

Niche Recruitment is looking for a commercially minded, people-focused Centre Manager to lead a busy business centre in Chippenham.

This is a hands-on leadership role where customer experience, commercial performance and community all matter. You’ll lead the team, drive occupancy and revenue, build relationships with customers and local businesses, and make sure the centre is a place businesses genuinely want to be.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and developing the centre team

Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Driving occupancy, sales and revenue

Managing enquiries and developing the sales pipeline

Building strong relationships with customers and local businesses

Managing budgets, costs and commercial targets

Networking and representing the centre within the local business community

Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the centre

Supporting events, marketing and community initiatives

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a confident, visible manager who combines great people skills with commercial awareness.

Experience within business centres, serviced offices, coworking, hospitality, property or another customer-led environment would be ideal, but your attitude and transferable experience are just as important.

You’ll need to be comfortable leading a team, talking numbers, developing business and building relationships – while still being someone who rolls their sleeves up when needed.
