The Role

You will provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and day-to-day recruitment processes.

Duties will include:

Maintaining candidate and client records

Updating internal systems and databases

Formatting CVs and preparing documents

Posting job advertisements

Supporting candidate registration and onboarding

General office administration and ad-hoc support

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-focused, with good communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
