How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring strong delivery and commercial accountability

Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Retail and other internal teams to deliver an integrated customer proposition

Lead, develop and support the marketing team, creating clear accountability and a collaborative culture

Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, capability and ways of working

Keep abreast of developments across retail, consumer behaviour, digital marketing and emerging technologies

Present marketing strategy, performance and recommendations to senior leadership

    About You

Proven experience leading marketing within a retail, consumer or D2C environment

Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing, with the ability to balance brand building with commercial delivery

Track record of developing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, paid social, CRM and email

Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how marketing activity drives customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer and performance insight into actionable recommendations

Experience managing external agencies and partners

Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams

Confident working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously

A hands-on and pragmatic approach, comfortable moving between strategy and execution

Naturally curious, commercially focused and willing to challenge existing ways of working

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach

    Why Apply

Join an established consumer business with a strong customer proposition
