Colmore Education are recruiting Exam Invigilators to work within a mainstream secondary school in Coventry.
We are looking for reliable, professional and confident individuals to support the school during examination periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for flexible work within an education setting, with regular opportunities available throughout the academic year.
The Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising students during examinations
* Ensuring exam regulations and procedures are followed correctly
* Distributing and collecting examination papers
* Monitoring students throughout examinations
* Maintaining a calm and controlled examination environment
* Checking attendance and following examination procedures
* Reporting any issues or irregularities to the Exams Officer
* Preparing examination rooms before and after sessions
* Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for candidates who are:
* Reliable, punctual and well organised
* Confident supervising groups of students
* Calm and professional under pressure
* Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately
* Comfortable working within a secondary school environment
* Committed to safeguarding and supporting young people
Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is desirable but not essential, as full guidance will be provided.
