We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Wirral. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for working with children and who understands that, behind every behaviour, there is a need to be understood and supported.
The Role:
As an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional support.
Managing and appropriately responding to challenging behaviour.
Building positive, trusting relationships with students.
Supporting teachers and ensuring the smooth running of the classroom.
About you:
Knowledge of mental health, ADHD, and Autism is essential.
Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
Calm, patient and resilient.
