The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established regional team within a consultancy with a long-standing reputation.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for delivering cost consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle, with exposure to both pre and post contract.
This consultancy operates a director-led approach, with senior professionals remaining closely involved in projects and client relationships. This creates an environment where you'll have strong access to experienced leadership while still being given the autonomy to manage your own workload.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
Strong consultancy experience
Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Strong pre and post contract experience
Ambitious, proactive and collaborative
