Working Environment:

Key Responsibilities Sales Order Processor:
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally and accurately
* Manage incoming calls while entering and processing orders efficiently
* Process sales orders accurately to deliver a high-quality customer experience
* Work closely with the sales team to develop business with new and existing customers
* Prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and convert enquiries into orders
* Identify suitable upselling opportunities to increase product specifications and order volumes
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and make outbound customer calls
* Develop strong knowledge of the product range and represent the business professionally as a brand ambassador
* Maintain accurate information across ERP and CRM systems and identify opportunities to improve processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and customers receive excellent service
Key Skills and Experience Required Sales Order Processor:
* Experience in customer service, sales order processing or operational administration is desirable
* Previous experience in a similar fast-paced, customer-focused role is preferred
* Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, commercially aware approach and confidence in identifying sales opportunities
* Comfortable using ERP, CRM and general office systems
* A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
Benefits Sales Order Processor:
* Starting salary of £28,000 per annum
