HVAC Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage the delivery of HVAC-R installation projects across the UK, from design through to commissioning and handover.
This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong technical HVAC knowledge, commercial awareness and proven experience managing customers, subcontractors and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
* Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and multiple trades.
* Manage project programmes, budgets, costs and variations.
* Liaise directly with customers, consultants and contractors.
* Oversee quality, H&S, commissioning and project handover.
* Resolve technical issues and drive projects to successful completion.
* Produce project reports, documentation and Gantt charts.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years' HVAC Project Management experience.
* Strong technical background in HVAC / HVAC-R / M&E / Building Services.
* Previous experience as an HVAC Engineer, Installer, Service Engineer or similar.
* Experience managing subcontractors and technical teams.
* Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
* Good commercial awareness and experience managing variations/costs.
* Knowledge of UK construction, safety and HVAC standards.
* Competent with MS Office; MS Project/AutoCAD/BIM experience advantageous.
* Relevant HVAC qualifications/technical certification.
* Full UK driving licence and willing to travel/stay away when required.
