Remedial Plumber – Water Consultancy – Greater London

£38000-£44000 + Van + Benefits

Water compliance consultancy is looking for a Remedial Plumber to join their team and cover commercial contracts in Greater London. To apply for the position, the successful Remedial Plumber will have the following experience:

* 4+ years’ working in a similar role (Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber)

* Be based in the Greater London area and be happy to cover commercial sites

* Ideally have working knowledge of legionella compliance including - sampling, monitoring, tank cleans and flushing

* Full driving license

* DBS checked

Typical work for the Remedial Plumber will include

* Pipework replacements

* Deadlegs

* TMV installs/servicing

* Carry out fault finding and maintaining including other plumbing services

* Quoting for additional works where appropriate

* Maintaining all site paperwork and ensure site is compliant to ACoP L8 & HSG274

The Remedial Plumber will be provided with a full benefits package and will receive the site support from the internal project team to ensure work is managed correctly and a sensible work pattern is maintained.
