Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries coming into the business will be providing quotations taking orders and processing onto the system building excellent relationships and ensuring each customer has an excellent experience.
You will be working in a busy high volume environment working closely with other members of the organisation helping grow accounts and seek opportunity for further business development.
The role will be involved with re building connections with any lapsed customers and identifying accounts where further growth and value can be added.
Will be supporting with a range of administrative tasks organising systems and files ensuring a keen eye for detail.
Profile
Previous timber and construction experience would be desirable
Experience of working within a sales order processing role
Strong communication skills and able to build good working relationships
A keen eye for detail with good organisation skills
Able to work in a targeted busy high volume environment
An excellent team player
