Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Hammersmith

I’m currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team on a large, prestigious commercial site in Hammersmith.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer with a strong plumbing and building services maintenance background, looking for a stable days-only role with a good shift pattern.

Role Details:

* Hammersmith – Large Commercial Site

* Salary: £50,000

* Continental Shift Pattern – Days Only

* 7am–7pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance

* Mechanical building services maintenance

* Plumbing systems, pumps, valves, pipework & water systems

* Water treatment and cooling tower maintenance

* Fault finding, repairs and general mechanical maintenance

* Supporting the engineering team to keep the site fully operational

Looking for:

* Mechanical qualification – NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent

* Strong plumbing / mechanical maintenance experience

* Ideally, experience with water treatment and cooling towers

* Commercial building maintenance / FM background

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
