As a Paralegal at Hyde, you will support experienced lawyers within the legal team to manage a varied caseload of housing management and wider legal matters. You will help deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services across the Hyde Group, supporting internal clients with claims, transactions, documentation and practical legal guidance.
Key Duties
Assist with delivering legal services across the Hyde Group, meeting agreed KPIs and ensuring value for money.
Support a wide range of property services and other legal matters, helping to achieve positive outcomes for the Group.
Prepare advice for internal clients on housing claims, including merits, outcomes and quantum where appropriate.
Support transactions by drafting agreements for review and reviewing relevant documentation.
Carry out legal administrative tasks, including preparing trial bundles, attendance notes, schedules, meetings and invoice coordination.

As a Paralegal we’re seeking someone who can bring:
Proven experience in a legal practice, ideally with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering high-quality, value-for-money legal services.
The ability to manage a supervised caseload, work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.
