We’re working exclusively with an established customer acquisition agency in Alcester that is looking for a Digital Designer to join its creative team.
This is a hands-on creative role combining campaign ideation, high-quality digital design and motion. You’ll take brand and commercial briefs, develop creative concepts and then bring those ideas to life yourself across paid social, digital campaigns, motion assets and landing page experiences.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director alongside specialists across performance marketing and commercial teams, using real campaign performance to understand what works and continually improve your creative.
The Role:
• Develop creative concepts, campaign hooks and visual ideas from client briefs and audience insights
• Design high-quality paid social, digital advertising and campaign assets
• Create motion and animated content using tools such as After Effects and Premiere
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity landing page concepts in Figma
• Work across the full creative journey from initial ad through to landing page experience
• Collaborate with performance teams and use campaign results to inform future creative
• Use AI, templates and modern design tools to produce and iterate creative more efficiently
• Work directly with the Creative Director to maintain and improve visual quality across client accounts
• Present and talk through creative concepts during internal reviews and client workshops
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience within digital design, ideally within a marketing, creative or digital agency environment
• A standout portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, motion, typography and excellent visual craft
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Strong experience with After Effects, Premiere or similar motion and video tools
• Experience creating assets for paid social and digital advertising campaigns
• Ability to develop an idea from initial concept through to finished creative
• Strong attention to detail across layout, typography and visual execution
• Comfortable using performance insight to develop and test different creative approaches
• Confident working autonomously while collaborating with wider creative and performance teams
• An interest in AI and emerging creative technology
• Experience with Framer or Webflow would be beneficial

• £35,000–£45,000 salary
• Hybrid working, 2 days/week in the Alcester office
