How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced premium consumer goods business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

    The successful candidate will support the day-to-day processing of customer orders, working closely with customers, internal teams and third party logistics providers to ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time and in full, while providing an excellent standard of customer service.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer and internal sample orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
    • Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and according to customer requirements.
    • Develop relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring all internal and external requirements are met.
    • Review and resolve delivery and supply chain queries with customers.
    • Work alongside the Supply Chain team to review customer forecasts.
    • Manage invoicing and pricing for customer orders.
    • Provide excellent administrative support to the wider business, including meeting coordination, purchase order creation and supplies management.
    • Assist with the management of the product samples process through the company's direct-to-consumer platform.
    • Support the Supply Chain Manager with projects and ad hoc activities as required.


    The ideal candidate will be:

    • Diligent, thorough and highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
    • Numerate and literate, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Comfortable working under time pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a daily workload.
    • Experienced in providing excellent customer service.
    • A proactive, flexible and solution-focused individual with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
    • Able to analyse logistical problems and provide accurate and practical solutions.
    • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of sales and order-processing processes.
    • Experienced in using SAP or another ERP system (desirable)
    • Experienced with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) (desirable)
