The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
Help children engage with learning and classroom activities.
Support pupils with their communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to deliver individualised support.
Gain practical education and training relevant to psychology and other helping professions.
Develop valuable experience within a specialist educational setting.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates who are considering a career in psychology, education, therapy, social care, or a related field. Previous experience is beneficial but is not essential - enthusiasm, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support young people are what matter most.
