Based in a vibrant, modern studio in North Leeds (LS20), this established practice is home to a collaborative team of 40+ Architects and Technologists. Their reputation for creating sustainable and striking design solutions has made them a trusted name across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Education.
Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand their team with a skilled Project Architect who is confident running projects from concept to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the design and delivery of projects within the Residential (including social and private housing, extra care and care homes) and Leisure sectors.
Managing all RIBA stages from concept design through to on-site delivery.
Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects meet design, budget and time expectations.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the collaborative studio culture.
What We’re Looking For:
ARB registered Project Architect with 3–5 years' post-Part III experience as a minimum.
Proven experience running projects independently.
Strong portfolio across Residential, Education or related sectors (Commercial, Industrial, Leisure experience is a bonus).
Excellent design and technical detailing ability.
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Revit experience highly desirable.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to produce feasibility studies, assess site viability, and develop creative yet practical design solutions.
