We are currently recruiting for a Driving Labourer to join an established and growing specialist construction contractor on a temporary basis.

Our client delivers projects across a range of commercial and public-sector environments, specialising in hygienic wall and ceiling systems, wall protection, flooring and specialist internal finishes. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are looking to add a reliable and hardworking Driving Labourer to their team.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work on projects across the UK, with accommodation/digs provided when working away from home. Both day and night work is available, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility and regular temporary work.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general labouring duties on construction sites

Assisting installers and site teams as required

Loading, unloading and moving materials, tools and equipment

Driving company vehicles to and from various sites

Assisting with the delivery and movement of materials

Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe

Supporting the team with site preparation and general duties

Working both day and night shifts where required

Travelling nationwide to support projects, with digs provided

Requirements

Valid CSCS card

Full, clean UK driving licence

Previous construction or labouring experience

Good level of physical fitness

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Willingness to travel and work away from home

Flexible approach to working hours, including nights

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
