Key responsibilities:
* Coordinating engineers and managing daily schedules
* Liaising with engineers and customers regarding jobs and updates
* Handling incoming calls and customer queries
* Managing engineer timesheets
* Ordering stock and materials
* Updating the CRM and internal systems
* Maintaining accurate job and project documentation
* Creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Communicating with management regarding project progress
* Providing general administrative support where required
Personal Requirements -
The successful candidate will have previous Service Coordinator experience and be confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams.
You should have:
* Previous service coordination experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* A proactive and reliable approach to work
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | This is a fully office based position.
