I C Talent are currently recruiting for a Food Technology Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream school on the outskirts of Peterborough.
The school is ideally looking for someone to join them full-time, however, they are happy to consider part-time applications for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical Food Technology lessons to students across a range of abilities.
The role will include full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, assessment and marking.
You will:

Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons
*
Prepare practical and theory-based lessons
*
Teach students across a range of abilities
*
Support students with practical cooking and food preparation
*
Complete planning, assessment and marking
*
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
*
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*
Encourage students to develop their confidence and practical skills
*
Work closely with colleagues and the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate

QTS or equivalent is desirable

Previous experience teaching Food Technology within a school setting is desirable
