Immediate opportunity for an experienced SAP Administrator to join a busy Customer Service team based in Harlow.
This is a highly varied administration role supporting day-to-day customer service operations. You will be handling inbound and outbound communication, updating SAP and internal databases, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support.

SAP experience is essential, as you will be regularly using the system to update information and support customer service processes.

The Role:

Support the Customer Service team with day-to-day administration
Update and maintain records using SAP
Manage and update internal databases and customer information
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls
Manage inbound and outbound emails
Respond to customer and internal queries
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support general office and customer service administrationThe Person:

Previous SAP experience is essential
Previous Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or Office Support experience
Strong data entry and database management skills
Confident handling telephone and email communication
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
