Work Pattern: Compressed hours 37.5 h/w over 4 days with 1 day of each week rotating monthly
What we are looking for:
* Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with 0-5 years’ age range
* NNEB, CACHE Level 3,NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare Development
* Ability to create and maintain timely accurate childcare records and observation records on staff.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team, encourage working together and sharing good practice always being open to the team’s ideas and suggestions, making them feel valued and listened to
Duties/responsibilities:
* To be responsible for providing high quality childcare and education for all nursery children.
* To assist in the day to day, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery.
* To be accountable and proactive in the smooth running of your designated area of responsibility
* To ensure risk assessments are completed daily within your area of designated responsibility.
