Disability Assessor (PIP/WCA) – Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapists, Paramedics & Pharmacists

£45,000-£48,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Looking for a better work-life balance while continuing to use your clinical expertise? We are recruiting Functional Assessors to conduct assessments for the DWP, providing objective, evidence-based reports that help inform benefit decisions.

The Role
Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments
Review medical evidence and health questionnaires
Assess the impact of physical, mental and cognitive health conditions
Produce detailed reports using clinical judgement and reasoning
No prescribing, treatment planning or hands-on care PIP Assessor: Approx. 3 reports per day
WCA Assessor: Approx. 5-6 reports per day

Salary & Benefits
PIP: £45,000 rising to £47,000 after 12 months
WCA: £48,000 rising to £49,000 after 12 months
5% training completion bonus
