How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Customer Success Manager

    Location: Bracknell

    Salary: Competitive
    Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm – Office Based

    About the Role

Our client is a global organisation specialising in premium visual display and imaging solutions, serving customers across various sectors.

They are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, customer-focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and growth.

This is not a traditional sales role, but a sales-focused customer success position. You will manage relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensure they remain engaged, identify potential risks and opportunities, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to maximise customer value.

The role would suit someone with experience in customer success, account management, customer retention, sales operations or sales development.

    Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Act as a key point of contact for an allocated customer portfolio.

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.

Monitor customer engagement and identify retention risks.

Identify and pass qualified sales opportunities to the Sales team.

Support customer onboarding, training sessions and webinars.

Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Conduct account research and stakeholder mapping.

Support marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions and trade shows.

Produce regular reports and contribute to improving customer engagement strategies.

Ensure customer data is handled responsibly and in line with GDPR.

    About You

Experienced in customer success, customer service, account management, retention or sales development.

    Confident, professional and highly relationship-focused.

Commercially aware with a strong customer-first approach.

Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.

Curious, resilient and keen to learn and develop.

Comfortable working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing and wider teams.

Desirable: Experience within a B2B, technology, healthcare, IT, creative or professional services environment, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
