At PK Education, we are looking to connect with experienced Cover Supervisors and dedicated school support staff who are passionate about education and committed to helping young people succeed.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students remain focused and engaged throughout each lesson.
Established in 2005, PK Education works closely with a wide range of secondary schools across central Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas, offering flexible opportunities across KS3, KS4 and KS5. What we're looking for:
- Confident and effective behaviour management skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional individuals
- Degree level education or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK classroom environment
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A calm, confident, and professional approach to classroom management
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to reach their potential
