Concrete Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor for works based in Leeds and across various sites.

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise concrete gangs and ensure operatives are put to work safely and efficiently
Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and task briefings
Oversee concrete pours and finishing works
Supervise power floating and brush finish concrete works
Manage making good and remedial concrete works
Ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard
Coordinate labour and site activities with site managementRequirements:

Previous experience supervising concrete works
Strong experience with power floating and brush finish concrete
Experience with concrete making good/remedial works
Competent in putting men to work and carrying out briefings
Willing to travel to various sites as required
Reliable and available for a minimum of 5 days per week
Relevant CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS preferredAbout Us:
