We are seeking a motivated and creative Graduate – Junior Creative to join our dynamic fashion marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will support the development of innovative visual concepts and assets that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates passionate about fashion, design, and digital media to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts for fashion campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Create visual assets for websites, social media, and other digital channels to enhance campaign engagement.
* Assist with preparing campaign presentations and pitch materials to communicate ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
* Research imagery, current trends, and creative references to inform and inspire innovative design solutions.
* Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
* Contribute fresh ideas for new visual formats and creative approaches to keep campaigns innovative and engaging.
* Maintain consistency and authenticity across all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Consider the appropriate use of digitally generated creative material to enhance visual storytelling.
Qualifications
* Recent graduate or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Design, or related fields.
* Strong interest in fashion, digital media, and visual storytelling.
* Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
* Good research skills to stay updated on imagery trends and industry references.
* Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
* Ability to adapt creatively to feedback and evolving project requirements.
