We are looking for an organised and proactive Repairs Scheduler to join a busy housing repairs team. You will be responsible for scheduling repair works, managing operatives' diaries, and ensuring repairs are completed within agreed timescales while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate responsive repair appointments.
* Monitor operatives' diaries and maximise productivity.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams regarding repair updates.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, resolving queries efficiently.
* Ensure repairs are completed in line with service level agreements and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records on housing management systems.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a repairs scheduling, planning, or housing repairs environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
* Experience using scheduling or housing management systems is desirable

£19.00 - £21.00 per hour
