We're looking for an experienced Drainage Operative who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is committed to making a positive impact on every project.
Travel, working away, and occasional night and weekend working form part of this varied, hands-on role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of drainage and infrastructure projects across the UK.
* Working closely with colleagues to install, maintain and repair drainage systems.
* Contributing to safe, efficient excavation and reinstatement activities.
* Following site drawings, specifications and safe systems of work.
* Helping maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental care.
* Supporting the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering works.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building positive relationships and taking pride in a job well done, alongside:
* Experience in highways drainage installation and maintenance.
* Knowledge of drainage systems, excavation and reinstatement methods.
* A current CSCS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience working on National Highways projects.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required.
