We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing flooring manufacturer based in Luton.

The Role
Working within the production team, you will be involved in the preparation and finishing of metal components used within flooring products.
Key responsibilities include:
Satinising and finishing metal components to a high standard
Operating machinery and hand tools
Preparing materials prior to processing
Carrying out quality checks to ensure consistency and finish
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience within production, manufacturing, or metal finishing is beneficial
High attention to detail, particularly around quality and finish
A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
