🧽 About the Role

We are seeking reliable Cleaners to join our dedicated care team. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming environment, ensuring resident rooms and communal spaces are kept beautifully clean and hygienic. This is a temporary role with flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle, plus long-term opportunities!

⏰ Working Hours

We offer flexible day shifts to suit your schedule across the week:
☀️ 07:00 – 15:30 (Monday – Sunday shifts available)
🗓️ Weekend availability is required

📋 Key Responsibilities

* Domestic Cleaning: Clean, dust, vacuum, and mop resident bedrooms and communal lounges.

* Infection Control: Sanitise high-touch areas to protect vulnerable, elderly residents.

* Waste Management: Empty bins and dispose of domestic waste safely.

* Safety & Stock: Follow chemical safety guidelines to store cleaning products away from residents.

* Respectful Engagement: Maintain a friendly, polite, and quiet manner while working in residents' personal living spaces.

🛡️ Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional cleaning experience.

* ✨ Desirable: Previous domestic experience within a care home or hospital setting is highly advantageous.

* Values: A patient, empathetic nature with a deep respect for resident privacy and dignity.

* Safety Knowledge: Understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations.

* Background Check: An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one immediately).
